What we collect

We collect the account and order information needed to provide your purchases: email address, account details, order history and basic technical logs. Payment card details are processed by our payment partner and are never stored by Paperwise.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver purchases, provide account access, prevent fraud, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Downloads and security

PDFs are kept in private storage. A signed-in customer receives an expiring link only after their order is verified as paid by our server.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Final production copy should name the operating entity, address and jurisdiction.
